1. Let everyone have an equal chance of taking a leading role – managers should avoid playing leaders

2. Choose an environment outside of the office where people can dress comfortably and relax

3. Get a teambuilding facilitator

4. Choose games that are fun, inspire creativity and thinking

5. If the team is divided into groups, group together people who don't normaly work together on a day to day basis.
