Most of us know how it feels to have missed an opportunity to put a point accross - it is not a good feeling. The cost of not being 'able' or 'willing' to say what's on your mind is often times significantly higher than the possible consequences of saying it. Even so, one needs to be able to say it like it is, without being reckless or disrespectful. People tend to think that, to be heard, they need to talk too much or too strongly. That is not so. There is a way of putting your point accross that's neither careless nor disrespectful.
