1. Listening is a skill you can't do without

Good communication is more than just opening your mouth, it is also about opening your ears - afterall, you wouldn't open your mouth if no one was willing to listen to you.

We often forget the fact that to be heard we need to hear others. As much as speaking well is important, I believe that people who listen well have a much better advantage in life - they get farther than those who just talk well. Think about it... Improve your listening skills ============================================
