Happy birthday to you! Many people born on the 29th of February choose to either celebrate their birthdays on the 28th of February or on the 1st of March for the 3 years in which the 29th Feb is absent. But these people should consider themselves very special because, apart from the fact that they 'only add a year to their lives every 4 years', they also, unlike us ordinary mortals, have reason to make a big fuss of their real birthday whenever it turns up. Many of us hardly ever throw birthday parties, but leaplings have an excuse to throw birthday parties every time they have a birthday. Makes it sounds like often now, doesn't it?
